Products & pricing
All displayed prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Digital PDFs cost $16 CAD. The 25% launch saving applies to physical print prices only. Shipping and applicable taxes are added before payment. Physical formats are premium matte or semi-glossy posters, and matte prints with wooden frames in White, Wood, Dark Wood and Black. Digital purchases are PDF downloads; no physical item is shipped.
Personalization
Please check your map location, heart placement, spelling, date, size and finish before paying. The preview represents your artwork. Screens, printing materials and natural wood grain can produce small variations in colour and appearance.
Production & shipping
Physical prints are made to order through Gelato and delivered directly to the address you provide. At checkout we request the available standard shipping service and show the shipping charge and estimated delivery range for your address. Estimates include production and delivery and are not guaranteed arrival dates. We deliver physical orders in Canada and the United States.
Changes, problems & returns
Personalized products are made for your order. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production begins. If something arrives damaged, incorrect or with a printing fault, keep the packaging and photos of the issue so a replacement or refund can be reviewed. Contact us with your order reference. Digital downloads cannot be physically returned; download or file problems can be reviewed using that same reference.
Your privacy
Your custom artwork and order details are stored to prepare and fulfil your purchase. Stripe handles payment information; this website does not store card numbers. For physical orders, Gelato receives the artwork and delivery details needed to print and ship your order. Digital orders are delivered through your private order link. Keep that link private.
Your saved studio designs are stored in your browser on your device. Clearing browser data can remove these local designs. A saved design is not a paid digital file. Complete checkout to unlock a purchased PDF on your private order page.
Order confirmation
A design preview or saved draft is not a purchase. An order is paid only after the payment provider confirms payment. The order page shows whether your print is awaiting payment, being prepared for production, submitted to the printer or shipped.
